What Makeup Color Should You Use?

Regardless of what color your eyes are, when it comes to selecting the appropriate makeup colors, think opposite. (Look at the color wheel to the right.)

Whatever your eye color is, I want you to take the color opposite – that will be the best color to make your eyes pop. For example, my eyes are green. The best color I can wear to make my eyes look dynamite, is purples.

Below are some tips based on specific eye colors. Enjoy experimenting, but remember less is more!

Brown

You have a wide range of color choices, but for everyday wear think earthtones. Shades of bronzes, golds, and browns will naturally enhance your eyes and create a beautiful masterpiece.

Blue

Think simple. Your eyes are gorgeous and you don’t want to compete. Shades of taupe, gray, violet, or silver will work best for you. Beware of choosing a color that will compete with the shade of your eyes, like aqua. Avoid black eye liner and mascara,; it’s overpowering.

Green

Think soft and think plum. Purple brings out your green eyes. You can also use brown colors from light beiges to deep chocolate browns to enhance your natural beauties.Using eyeliner a plum or deep grey shade is a great trick.

Hazel

Think endless possibilities! With a blend of colors already, your eyes allow for choices. Avoid over doing the blues. Stick with a neutral color such as brown. Gold, pink, lavender, khaki and mocha make for a great choice as well.

Hi Hanna, this article is soooooooooo amazing; the more I read your articles the less I am able to choose, so please I am going to use at lease 3 in an issue, if it is ok with you. May I also use the lovely photo to introduce you in the May issue, please?

I had a look at the Rad Revolution website and it is really as if I found gold. Everyone is so talented and I can sense the anointing in each of the writings. I also contacted Debra Weiss and Rechelle Rea and Debra also replied positively to partner with me. Wow, the Lord surprises me with a far bigger dream than I ever had. I’ll keep in touch. (oh yes, my son studies in St. Louis at Lindenwood University, and he will be visiting us in your summer holiday, so I will definitely send you the copies of the magazine!)
    Blessings
    Marlene
